Pomerenke, 36, of Jackson, received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $85, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete mental health diagnostic assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations of assessment, pay restitution per certificate to be filed, restitution reserved, write letter of apology to victim and submit to agent for approval, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Kado L. Mcdonough, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Dmitriy A. Huskey, 36, of (homeless) was convicted of tamper with motor vehicle-enter without owner permission; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days.
