Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Theresa L. Campbell, 67, of Villa Park, Ill.; fined $110.

Emma K. Beyer, 20, of Bricelyn was convicted of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request; fined $105. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Nicolaas J. Marais, 51, of Bricelyn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentence to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Alex M. Dechantigny, 34, of Lake Geneva, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 8-years-old and under 57 inches; fined $50.

Christopher C. Martinez, 22, of Grand Prairie, Texas was convicted of fail to deliver title (notice of sale to state); fined $200. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Joshua W. Jones, 43, of Chatfield was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $115.

Diana Phrom, 26, of Worthington was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50. Also convicted of improperly worn seat belt; fined $25.
