Emma K. Beyer, 20, of Bricelyn was convicted of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request; fined $105. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Nicolaas J. Marais, 51, of Bricelyn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentence to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Joshua W. Jones, 43, of Chatfield was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $115.
