Drivers license-instruction permit violations for person 18 years or older — Emily R. Malay, 22, of Wells; fined $135.

Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — Thomas C. Bruyer Sullivan, 29, of Albert Lea; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Michael J. Knolinski, 51, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; Danny Lee J. Ertman, 22, of Blue Earth; each fined $285.

Timothy W. Glanzman, 37, of Frost was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.

Jordyn M. Friel, 16, of Atkinson, N.H. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Andrew D. Poor Bear, 22, of Mundelein, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Eran M. Miller, 27, of Wells was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Ignazio L. Scollo, 25, of Fairport, N.Y. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway was dismissed.

Donal S. Tunks, 39, of Grand Island, N.Y. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.
