Disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting — Oziel Mendoza, 18, of Wells; fined $185.

Nakoya J. Greene, 21, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.

Melinda A. Christenson, 41, of Bricelyn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentence to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test was dismissed.

Brett A. Martin, 26, of Garden City had a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.

Kyle a/k/a Katie Justin Backhaus, 49, of Amite, La. was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $910, sentence to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, work release and sentence to serve if eligible, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, cooperate with transfer of probation if criteria is met for transfer, locate and engage with a mental health therapist who provides tele-health services, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Lori K. Farley, 52, of Wells was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public street or highway; fined $100.
