Adam W. Gonsalez, 37, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar for six months.

Andrew L. Wright, 34, of Fishers, Ind. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar for six months.

Nakita M. Lind, 33, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Aron R. Goshorn, 40, of Blue Earth received an amended court decision on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor 24 and older; defendant may have supervised contact with his own children.

John C. Urban, 62, of Winnebago was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $1,115, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 320 days for three years, sentenced to jail 15 days, credit for time served five days, sentenced to jail 15 days, sentenced to jail 15 days, if defendant complies with staggered sentencing this jail segment may be deferred, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
