Timothy W. Parsons, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, complete a minimum of seven counseling sessions with counselor and follow recommendations, no assaultive, violent or threatening behavior toward any person, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of knowingly violates temporary or harassment restraining order; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, complete a minimum of seven counseling sessions with counselor and follow recommendations, no assaultive, violent or threatening behavior toward any person, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of pattern of stalking conduct, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, and harassment-causes or reasonably expect to cause substantial distress to other person, were all dismissed.
Dmitriy A. Huskey, 36, of Buffalo, Wash. received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of possession or sale of a stolen or counterfeit check; fined $2,980.37, restitution $2,295.37, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 45 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, report to agent’s office and provide a MN address/location until instructions from Washington are approved and provided, if reporting instructions are approved by Washington state then remain in MN until Washington has accepted a transfer of supervision, open no financial accounts without permission from agent, may be considered for early discharge once all financial obligations are paid, participate in a cognitive skills course if directed by agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of identity theft-transfers/uses/possesses identity of other person, aid and abet-identity theft-transfers/uses/possesses identity of other person, aid and abet-possession or sale of a stolen or counterfeit check, financial transaction card fraud-sell two or more, aid and abet-financial transaction card fraud-sell two or more, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.
Jay H. King, 54, of Trimont was convicted of junk vehicle; fined $135. Also convicted of junk; fined $50.
Evan Santiago Trevino, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of instruction permit violation (18 years or older); fined $50.
