Andres Pascual Andres, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Lori K. Farley, 52, of Wells was convicted of unregistered-alter or deface motor vehicle registration; fined $300. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
Jay D. Reinders, 78, of Winnebago was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.
Tanner D. Nowak, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.
Dalton T. Masten, 22, of St. Johnsbury, Vt. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways was dismissed.
