Shane M. Cronin, 33, of Lake City was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 19 months, stayed one year, sentenced to jail 170 days, credit for time served 170 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, once DNA sample is provided to probation per the plea agreement then probation is able to discharge, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don't register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of give peace officer false name of another person, were both dismissed.

Quintanilla Flores, 32, of Madelia was convicted of receive/possess stolen property; fined $4,100, restitution $4,000, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served nine days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, cognitive skill training as if recommended by probation agent, complete chemical assessment if recommended by probation agent and follow all requirements for care and aftercare, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent and follow all requirements for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.
Gildardo Gonzalez Jr., 31, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance sales-narcotic; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 45 months, concurrent with other case, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of first-degree criminal sex conduct-penetration-injury use force or coercion, and third-degree criminal sex conduct-force or coercion, were both dismissed.
Christopher L. Kutnink, 42, of Fairmont had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
Bret C. McFarland, 62, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Laurie A. Regehr, 58, of Blue Earth was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $250.40, restitution $65.40, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, pay restitution.
Glory M. Rojas Rojas, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
Gage D. Salisbury, 23, of Ceylon was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
