Adam C. Lund, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of malicious punishment of a child; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations for evaluation, no threats of violence and no violent behaviors, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Anthony J. Perez, 28, of Morena Valley, Calif. was convicted of fifth-degree assault-within three years of previous conviction; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, fully cooperate with Interstate Compact rules and requirements, complete a chemical use assessment and follow all recommendations as directed by agent, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
