Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle -- Derek S. Werner, 39, of Fairmont; fined $110.

No Minnesota drivers license -- Moinah Felka, 29, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Dustin C. Theobald, 39, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of store controlled substance paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult was dismissed.

David L. Dunker, 32, of Sherburn was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 171 days, credit for time served 15 days, file closed when jail sentence complete, concurrent with other case.

Victor Bridges, 57, of Welcome was convicted of fifth-degree assault-within three years of previous conviction; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served 32 days, serve as work release if eligible, two years supervised probation, sentence to service seven days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete updated chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete updated diagnostic assessment, restitution reserved for 30 days, no contact with victim(s), no assault, no new arrests, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of first-degree burglary-assault person in building or on property was dismissed.

John G. Watson, 29, of Mankato received an amended court decision on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, supply DNA sample, fines and fees to be deducted from prison earnings if any.
