Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Moses T. Narruhn, 18, of Fairmont; fined $185.
Open bottle law-drinking and consumption — Emily R. Almine, 36, of Fairmont; fined $185.
Rogelio Martinez II, 48, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $485, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment with approved provider and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program and follow all recommendations, have no new threatening or assaultive behaviors, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives during term of probation.
Samuel J. Little Cloud, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, obtain drivers license, no same or similar.
Randy J. Wolke, 48, of Truman was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and no motorcycle endorsement (must have with), were both dismissed.
Brandon G. Ross, 30, of St. Peter received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of threats of violence-reckless disregard risk; fined $1,585, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served two days, defendant may serve physically in jail for 60 days and 30 days EHM, work release is granted if meets qualifications, may serve in either Nicollet County or Blue Earth County jail at own expense, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enter into and complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program, attend sober support groups or counseling weekly for at least six months, follow all current and/or future Orders for Protection and/or Domestic No Contact Orders, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, have no direct or indirect threats of violence, cognitive skill training as directed by probation agent, no victim contact or as specified for incidental contact for care of the children, five years probationary Domestic No Contact (DANCO), abide by all requirements of predatory offender registration, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a charge of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt emergency 911 telephone call; one year supervised probation. Also received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; one year supervised probation. Two additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and threats of violence, were both dismissed.
