Speeding — Parker G. Stennes, 26, of St. Louis Park; Cassandra L. Heimer, 21, of La Crosse, Wis.; each fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Andres Vazquez, 22, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $110.

Noise ordinance — Paul E. Diaz, 65, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Open bottle in motor vehicle (consume) — Jose L. Fuentes, 30, of Mission, Texas; fined $185.

Michael R. McQuade, 42, of Clear Lake, Iowa was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $615, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve as work release if eligible, can serve remaining 28 days on EHM but must be set up before 1/3/22, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Madison L. Hale, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of fail to stop for school bus continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no misdemeanor violations, no same or similar.

Adrian L. Medina, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $285. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of driver/owner allow open bottle; fined $100.

Timothy W. Franks, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of fail to change address or name within 30 days; fined $20.

Justin P. Crowe, 34, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 72 days for one year, credit for time served 18 days, one year supervised probation, follow recommendations for inpatient treatment and aftercare if recommended, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing.

Joseph L. Johnson, 70, of Georgetown, Del. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $100.
