Possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle — Robert C. Sundberg, 26, of Granada; fined $235.

James J. Schmidt Jr., 50, of Bloomington was convicted of theft of motor fuel from retailer; fined $146.29, restitution $46.29, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 27 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Mathew L. Flowers, 32, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $300, two years supervised probation, complete a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding. Also convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $274, restitution $189, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, pay restitution, remain law-abiding. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.

Jamie M. Hugoson, 44, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $50, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution and provide proof of payment to the court within three months, no same or similar.

Vernon L. Johnson, 35, of St. Paul was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $425. Also convicted of speeding; fined $425. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Alejandro J. Reyes, 22, of Welcome was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.

Chad M. Mart, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
