Katherine A. Green, 30, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, due within 90 days, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, work to get drivers license reinstated, no same or similar.

Mario R. Williams, 24, of Jackson was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, due within 90 days, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, work to get drivers license reinstated, no same or similar.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 26, of Elmore was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $315. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system-not equipped and installed; fined $50.

Jat R. Arnold, 39, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $300, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete an approved domestic violence program and follow all recommendations, may receive credit toward fine for verified out-of-pocket expenses for domestic violence program, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no new arrests, have no new assaultive or threatening behaviors, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and dropping object from vehicle on highway, were both dismissed.

Roberto Pena, 58, of Welcome was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, may serve on EHM with alco-sensor if qualified, may have Huber or STS release if qualified, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding, don't drive without a valid drivers license, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don't use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

John C. Elmore, 46, of Sherburn was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Also convicted of limited time parking zone; fined $77. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.
