Ashley S. Kizzire, 33, of Elmore was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $255. Also convicted of

failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $70.

Casey Carden, 50, of Westborough, Mass. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $225, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no speeding violations, provide certified copy of defendant’s driving record to prosecuting attorney, nom same or similar.

Luis E. Marquez, 24, of Elmore was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Tiffany D. Nielsen, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

James A. Vanryn, 52, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 72 days for one year, credit for time served 18 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), no violations of an Order for Protection and follow all Domestic No Contact orders, complete outpatient chemical dependency treatment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of trespass-occupy/enter locked dwelling or posted building; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 77 days for one year, credit for time served 13 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of third-degree burglary was dismissed.

Gilberto Amaro, 22, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.
