Steven R. Grace, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $75. Sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 51 days credit for time served: 39 days. One year supervised probation. Cooperate with a referral for adult mental health case management with Martin County Human Services. Accept services if they are offered and follow directives. Additional charges of felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk and domestic assault-misdemeanor-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death were both dismissed.

Beth R. Massey, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-misdemeanor-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $375. Stay of adjudication. Probation-Adult (Supervised probation, 1 year). Local confinement (90 Days, Stay 90 Days for 1 year. Condition – Adult(Individual Therapy, continue in therapy at Eunoia Family Resource Center and follow all recommendations. Conditions, other, Cooperate with Martin County Human Services as directed. Garrett N. Cochran, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree DWI-Operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; fined $910. Probation – Adult (Supervised probation, 2 yr). Local Confinement (365 Days Stay 335 Days for 2 yr Credit for time served: 4 Days). Serve as: Home Detention/Electronic Monitoring work release.
