Fleeing a Peace Officer by a means other than a motor vehicle — Michael J. Pepin, 30, of Fairmont; Local confinement(12 days, credit for time served: 12 days). Comment: fine and surcharges waived.

Liquor-Possession by person under 21 — Julia E. Baldwin, 18, of Chanhassen; Continue for dismissal, 6 months unsupervised Monitoring without Conviction, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
