Accumulation of garbage — Bradley J. Arnold, 35, of Sherburn, sentenced to three months unsupervised probation, clean the property to the satisfaction of city officials/law enforcement.

Driving after revocation — Benjamin S. Muller, 40, of Sherburn; fined $285.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Terrell J. Cullom, 19, of Saint Paul: fined $185.

Jason D. Maloney, 30, of Amboy, was convicted of Traffic-DWI-Operate motor vehicle-Alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610. Sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs, with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, follow state and federal criminal laws. Also convicted of traffic-DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and DWI-fouth-degree driving while impaired; both dismissed.

Alex W. Rosa, 35, of Sait Paul was convicted on a felony charge of drugs-fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $1,085. Sentenced to jail 30 days credit for time served: 30 days, five years unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no misdemeanor violations, complete chemical assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing. Additional charges of felony drugs-fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana, fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, careless driving, and drugs-possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession were all dismissed.

Weston G. Jensen, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of pedantry offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $85. Sentenced to commit to Commissioner of Corrections-Adult9MN Correctional Facility-St. Cloud, 12 months one day), give a DNA sample when directed. Two additional charges of felony predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement, one domestic assault-felony (assault to commit-GOC), and felony domestic assault-by strangulation (assault to commit-GOC) were all dismissed.

Jose V. Peneleu, 42, of Saint James was convicted of driving without a valid license or vehicle class or type; fined $185. Additional charges of speeding-exceed limit of 30mph-urban district 10/30; fined $40.

Alonso G. reyes, 28, of San Juan, Texas was convicted of driving without a valid license or vehicle class/type; Multiple licenses prohibits; fined $185. Additional charges of speeding-exceed limit of 55 mph where appropriate 71/55; fined $60.
