Driving after suspension — Michael V. Johnson Lee, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Stacy A. Sherman, 51, of Westminster, Colo., was convicted of driving while impaired operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours: fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, and forward copy of assessment to Martin County Court Administration, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol and speeding were all dismissed.

Tomas Lorenzo Gutierrez, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Charles D. Oliver, 57, of Fairmont was convicted of improperly keeping an animal; fined $185, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of overwork or mistreat animals, dog not licensed-first offense, and nuisances prohibited (barking dog), were all dismissed.

Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of driving without motorcycle endorsement; fined $50.

Morris L. Wayman Jr., 40, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13 and actor over the age of 36; reinstate probation under original terms and conditions, release from jail directly to inpatient chemical dependency treatment and must successfully complete, complete neuro-psychological treatment, submit to polygraph examinations as directed and must pass, re-enroll in CORE sex offender program and successfully complete.

William A. Smith, 37, of Winnebago, Neb was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to obey traffic control device; fined $50.

Danielle K. Evans, 36, of Minneapolis was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $200.
