Michelle M. Wangen, 49, of Walters was convicted of second-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $945, sentenced to serve 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served two days, 30 days jail, 60 days on home electronic monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, supervised probation two years, sentence to service 8 hours for indeterminate, follow recommendations of chemical dependency dated 2/23/21 and subsequent recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all recommendations, can receive credit for out-of-pocket expense for chemical dependency assessment towards fine, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, if prohibited by law. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor and fourth-degree driving while imapired wimpaired dismissed.

Arturo Martinez, 28, of Blue Earth, was convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $70. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined &185.

Joseph B. Lamba, 64, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Additional charge of failure to signal lane change was dismissed.

April D. Lopez, 44, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of driving without proof of insurance when operationgoperating; fined $200.

Danielle S. Krueger, 42 of Anoka was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
