Fogelson, 37, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $125, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend at least one Alcoholics Anonymous meeting per week, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, no contact with victim(s), attend individual therapy at least one time per month by a licensed therapist, no assault, no further abusive, threatening or assaultive behaviors, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law, with the exception of a 22 pistol as it relates to employment.

Jones, 66, of Chicago, Ill. was convicted on a felony charge of theft by swindle; fined $6,586.51, restitution $6,511.51, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 58 days, credit for time served 58 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, pay restitution a minimum of $50 per month until paid in full, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
Glen J. Larson, 56, of Sherburn was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.
