Travis J. Sanden, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185. Additional charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances was dismissed.

Brittney K. Bell, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar.

Josue Lopez, 35, of Winnebago was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $620, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Ernesto J. Torres, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired; fined $870, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served four days, serve remaining jail time on home detention/electronic monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, contact probation agent as directed, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of no drivers license was dismissed.

Matthew M. Sheetz, 23, of Mankato was convicted of tamper with motor vehicle without owner permission; fined $1,663.01, restitution $1,478.01, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 81 days for one year, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, contact probation agent as directed, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, pay monthly restitution payments of at least $25, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Shvetha Apani, 33, of Westmont, Ill.; received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $135, one year probation to the court, no moving violations for one year.
