Brayden L. Delafuente, 22, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation; fined $1.085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, stayed for three years, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no contact with victim(s), successfully complete Eunioa domestic abuse program, no assault, no harassing or threatening behaviors, no violations of an Order for Protection, no mood-altering chemicals, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation was dismissed.

Gregory A. Jenkins, 69, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of hunting-transportation of firearms-loaded firearm; fined $200, one year probation to the court, one year no same or similar.
