Gross weight exceeds registered limit — Mark A. Fendrich, 61, of Wells; fined $385.

Jon A. McGill, 51, of Minneapolis was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Kaden M. Freking, 19, of Brewster received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $250, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Michael W. Hinton, 56, of Elmore was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 84 months, give a DNA sample when directed, predatory offender registration required, all fines and fees are to be taken from prison earnings. Additional felony charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13-fear of great bodily harm, first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13-armed with dangerous weapon, first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration or contact with person under 13-injury by use of force, first-degree assault-great bodily harm, first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration of victim who’s mentally impaired or physically helpless, second-degree burglary of a dwelling, receiving stolen property, kidnapping to facilitate felony or flight, kidnapping to commit great bodily harm, were all dismissed.

Ethan M. Lindstrom, 19, of Brewster received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Wyatt A. McNab, 19, of Brewster received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
