Driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety — David L. Buchanan, 45, of Chuckey, Tenn.; fined $430.

Cory A. Meyer, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a charge of possess ammunition or any firearm-disqualified under specific US coding; fined $485, two years supervised probation, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, no new violations of the law, no same or similar, no controlled substance use, no use or possession of illegal substances, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Mason C. Huisenga, 22, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $600, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training if directed by supervising agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; fined $600, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by supervising agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Chad M. Mart, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a motor vehicle; fined $285. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and operate vehicle with expired registration, were both dismissed.
