Daniel R. Rilea, 44, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 position of authority; fined $2,160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 36 months, stayed 15 years, sentenced to jail 360 days, credit for time served 148 days, 15 years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, probationary Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, don’t enter any strip clubs, adult book stores, or business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, don’t use or possess any pornographic/sexually explicit material, no direct or indirect contact with victim or family, no unsupervised contact with minors or vulnerable adults including family members and contact must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, follow recommendations of psychological-sexual evaluation as approved by agent, follow and comply with all guidelines of the MN BCA predatory offender registration, enter into, cooperate and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent if recommended from assessment, contact probation officer as directed within 24 hours of being released from custody, all electronics are subject to monitoring software as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Zion Cornelius E. Jordan, 22, of Iowa City, Iowa received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Amber D. Silverthorn, 39, of Wells had a charge of fifth-degree assault continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment, cooperate with Human Services, no assault, no same or similar.

Kylie M. Lynn Silverthorn, 20, of Wells had a charge of fifth-degree assault continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no same or similar.
