Driving after revocation — Ryan M. Horsnell, 41, of Delavan; Salim H. Counts, 46, of Jackson; each fined $285.

Tanner M. McDonald, 19, of Madison Lake was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $100.

Lewis Brewster, 48, of Rochester was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath, test refusal or failure; fined $885, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation, follow all recommendations from most recent chemical dependency assessment including following all recommendations from MN Teen Challenge Treatment Program as well as discharge recommendation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway was dismissed.

Gloria M. Green, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Cassandra D. Pinela, 24, of Belen, N.M. was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of wireless communications device-initiate/compose/send/retrieve/read electronic message; fined $50.
