Speeding — Dusty J. Nauman, 39, of Mankato; James D. Kessler, 35, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Joseph A. Myers, 40, of Estherville, Iowa; each fined $125.

Jennifer L. Mace, 37, of Kiester; fined $135.

Cody L. Stedman, 38, of Menomonie, Wis. was convicted of fourth-degree burglary; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 341 days for two years, credit for time served 24 days, two years supervised probation, complete an anger assessment within 90 days, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of fourth-degree criminal damage to property; sentenced to jail 24 days, credit for time served 24 days, concurrent with another case. Also convicted of violation of DANCO; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 66 days for one year, credit for time served 24 days, one year supervised probation, concurrent with another case, enroll and complete a domestic abuse counseling treatment program that’s approved by agent and will receive credit for out-of-pocket expenses, get anger evaluation done, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Two additional felony charges of first-degree burglary-possess dangerous weapon or explosive, and theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and domestic assault, were all dismissed.

Dalton W. Blake, 22, of Noblesville, Ind. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no front plate of foreign state if state requires it; fined $100.

Sky L. Christensen, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type was dismissed.

Eric Rivera, 37, of Des Moines, Iowa was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charges of uninsured vehicle-driver violation, and wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call, were both dismissed.
