Charles M. Michira, 48, of Rochester; Blake I. Hatfield, 16, of Fairmont; Kenneth M. Laubenthal, 66, of Bancroft, Iowa; each fined $145.

Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — Megan J. King, 26, of Fairmont; Donald E. Lamont, 35, of Elmore; each fined $135.

Alex M. Mendenhall, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115.

Jordan L. Zelazny, 29, of Minneapolis was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 44 days, credit for time served 44 days. Also convicted on a separate charge of driving after revocation; fined $85, sentenced to jail 44 days, credit for time served 44 days. Two separate charges of speeding and a charge of child passenger restraint system for child under the age of 8 and under 57 inches talls-not fastened, were all dismissed.

Amber M. Shiplet, 30, of Fairmont had a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, certificate of restitution to be filed within 30 days, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Speeding — Kyle D. Miles, 21, of Lindale, Ga.; Ajulo Cham Ochala-Othow, 47, of Worthington; Yxian Olea, 18, of Frost; William A. Drager, 56, of Mapleton; each fined $125.

Charles E. Holm, 44, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Meagan R. Dietrich, 20, of Albert Lea; Thomas M. Pfeifer, 36, of St. Peter; Alyssa P. Hoppe, 37, of Ankeny, Iowa; each fined $145.

Anthony C. Schultz, 29, of Winnebago had a felony charge of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000 continued for dismissal; fined $1,471.97, restitution $1,471.97, one year probation to the court. Also had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $1,471.97, restitution $1,471.97, one year probation to the court.
