Schultz, 29, of Winnebago was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $785, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served 55 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment completed on 2/24/2021, complete a residential substance use program and follow all aftercare recommendations, complete a diagnostic assessment with a qualified mental health professional and follow all recommendations of assessment, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possess ammunition or any firearm-convict/committed drug offense was dismissed.
