Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Juan L. Herrada, 38, of Eagle Pass, Texas; fined $110.

Joshua M. Danielson, 37, of Brownsdale was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, chemical chemical assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Anthony C. Schultz, 29, of Winnebago was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $785, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served 55 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment completed on 2/24/2021, complete a residential substance use program and follow all aftercare recommendations, complete a diagnostic assessment with a qualified mental health professional and follow all recommendations of assessment, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possess ammunition or any firearm-convict/committed drug offense was dismissed.

Russell B. Jamison IV, 51, of Lakota, Iowa was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type-multiple licenses prohibited; fined $185. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Isaac Velasquez, 25, of Alsip, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
