Speeding — Kasey W. Schaub, 51, of Hollandale; Kethbryll B. Arcenal, 27, of Sturgis, S.D.; each fined $125.

Driving after revocation — Tiffany R. Schluter, 37, of Bricelyn; fined $285.

Anthony P. Wilson, 25, of Mankato was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $285. Additional charges of trespassing-return to property within one year, and fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage, were both dismissed.

Haley M. Harder, 23, of Granada was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Gavin G. Sonnek, 20, of Easton was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of hunting violation-illegal transport of firearm in motor vehicle; fined $50, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50. Additional charges of open bottle law, underage alcohol possession, and possess or sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, were all dismissed.

Lisa M. Loegering, 40, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of open bottle law; fined $100. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test was dismissed.

Wilson H. Herrera Ortega, 23, of Winona was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Casey A. Otterness, 21, of Red Wing was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.

Kara M. Pengilly, 48, of Rake, Iowa was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.
