Fail to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable — Jerline L. Brown, 36, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $125.

Possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration — Brittany N. George, 27, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Kelvin J. Roberts, 33, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; each fined $135.

Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Pamela A. Holm, 63, of Winnebago; fined $435.

Glenn C. Carter, 48, of Cadiz, Ohio was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $335, sentenced to jail eight days, credit for time served eight days. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Diane K. Stegen, 62, of Waseca was convicted of emergency telephone calls/communication-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call; fined $85, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days.

Wendy J. Woodson, 59, of Albert Lea was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance crime-sales; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 100 months, supply DNA sample. Additional felony charges of fourth-degree controlled substance sales-schedule 1/2/3 but not marijuana, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were both dismissed.

Hendrik J. Paxton, 46, of Ledyard, Iowa was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $50.

Jason A. Roe, 43, of Albert Lea was convicted of check forgery-make or alter check; fined $285, sentenced to jail 27 days, credit for time served 27 days.
