Also convicted of driving while impaired-body contains any amount of schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance-not marijuana; fined $360, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete a chemical dependency evaluation within 30 days and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Kevin H. De Ramus, 48, of Rapid City, S.D. was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, complete a chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cooperate with interstate compact process, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

David R. Deinhart, 56, of Nora Springs, Iowa was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, can serve remaining 28 days on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed on 3/20/2021, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of second-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test was dismissed.
