Marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams — Evan A. Rathbun, 18, of Volga, S.D.; fined $135.

Lisa M. Trueblood, 37, of Welcome was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 320 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, completion of inpatient treatment is recommended, furlough to inpatient upon bed availability, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, was dismissed.

Tim A. Grathwohl, 43, of Granada was convicted of operate snowmobile or ATV-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, serve as work release, serve 60 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor before 4/9/21, two years supervised probation, pay restitution pursuant to certificate of restitution to be filed within 90 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of criminal vehicular operation-great bodily harm-alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours of driving, criminal vehicular operation-substantial bodily harm-alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours of driving, and a misdemeanor charge of operate snowmobile or ATV while under the influence of alcohol, were all dismissed.

Kahlaiya L. Harms, 20, of Amboy was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Tavares A. Walker, 38, of Albert Lea was convicted of domestic abuse-violate no contact order within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.
