Forestry-open burning of prohibited materials — Anthony D. Christiansen, 39, of Welcome; fined $285.

Nathan E. Tirevold, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of computer damage-alter system/network/software; fined $5,335, restitution $5,335, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, pay restitution of $5,335 within 30 days, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Myron J. Moeller, 58, of Fairmont had a charge of hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications continued for dismissed; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Charles E. Bettin, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Lewis Brewster, 48, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, can serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring at own cost, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, attend anger management therapy as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, work towards obtaining a valid drivers license, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Scott W. Dupraz, 48, of Fairmont had a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Christopher E. Flores, 24, of Grulla, Texas was convicted of possess or sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $100. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50.
