Uninsured vehicle-driver violation — Mercedes R. Rodriguez, 22, of Lakefield; fined $285.

Christopher A. Fausch, 22, of Red Wing was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 333 days for two years, credit for time served 32 days, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all recommendations from chemical dependency assessment, follow all recommendations of current treatment program, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

David W. Okwer, 29, of Worthington was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of move over law violation-two lanes in same direction; fined $50.

Brett C. Tietema, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for 12 months, 12 months unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, abide by the OFP in case file 46-FA-20-390 while it is in effect, no same or similar.

Alex M. Cross, 38, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
