Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Tamara L. Cox, 55, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Indecent exposure-engage in lewd or indecent behavior — Duane F. Sukalski, 69, of Sherburn; fined $185.

Carlos A. Ahumada Lopez, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $1,060, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, serve remaining 28 days with electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, work release is granted if eligible while serving on EHM, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, report to agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, driving after revocation, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Caleb A. Blekestad, 21, of Winnebago was convicted on three separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle after license suspension, revocation or cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted on two separate charges of speeding; fined $140 for each charge. Also convicted of wireless communications device-access video content/images/games/software applications; fined $50.

Dylan L. Stevens, 18, of Ceylon was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $585, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, and failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable, were both dismissed.
