Colby J. Beck, 27, of Elmore was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refusal to submit to chemical test; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, contact probation agent as directed, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, open bottle law violation, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request, and prohibited lights-bright lights directed more than 75 feet of vehicle, were all dismissed.

Ligrecia Suquinna Hamer, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Andrew E. Monson, 65, of Frost was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 364 days for two years, credit for time served one day, two years supervised probation, contact probation agent as directed, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, comply with all recommendations of the chemical assessment completed 1/15/21, comply with ignition interlock program and drive only motor vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock device, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Joaquim N. Dalmeida, 27, of Wells was convicted of fourth-degree criminal damage to property; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, concurrent with other count. Also convicted of violation of DANCO; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 57 days, balance may be served in Hennepin County workhouse. Also convicted of domestic assault; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.
