Driving after revocation — Cassandra D. Pinela, 23, of Ceylon; Jonathan M. Nelson, 38, of Granada; Juan R. Pena, 41, of Faribault; each fined $285.

Michael L. Grashorn, 35, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $200, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, no contact with victim(s).

Jacob D. Johnson, 21, of Welcome was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing.

Jayce T. Robillard, 34, of Armstrong, Iowa was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Deborah K. Walker, 60, of Rochester had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $225, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Terry L. Edward Wayman, 62, of Hinckley had a charge of hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Arnold A. Bentz, 84, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Brian L. Johnson, 44, of Trimont was convicted of junk vehicle; fined $135. Also convicted of junk; fined $50.
