Amy M. Habib, 39, of Blue Earth had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months probation to the court, no same or similar.

Matthew A. Bartz, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 82 days for one year, one year supervised probation, can so STS for fines, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, if prohibited by law. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100.

Danika J. Freeman, 30, of Tripp, S.D. received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $6,132.70, restitution $6,047.70, sentenced to jail 32 days, credit for time served 32 days, three years supervised probation, pay restitution (joint and several), complete residential treatment and follow all aftercare recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed.

James L. Willis, 53, of Wells was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $634.99, restitution $349.99, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.
