Also convicted on a felony charge of first-degree arson of a dwelling; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 44 months, concurrent with other charges, restitution reserved for 30 days, pay restitution, if restitution is ordered it may be taken out of prison earnings, give a DNA sample when directed.
