Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Anna M. Moreno, 36, of Wells; fined $185.

Jacob M. Herman, 30, of Wells received an amended court decision on a charge of second-degree driving while impaired-two or aggravating factors; fined $12,191.95, restitution $12,076.95, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served 60 days, serve remaining 30 days on home detention/electronic monitoring at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay minimum monthly restitution payment of $100, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, complete outpatient treatment at Fountain Centers, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional felony charge of energy or telecom-damage or theft of line/insulator/wire/cable/current of line or cable was dismissed.

Anthony M. Rodriguez, 23, of Wells convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $615, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, restitution reserved, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and traffic collision within unattended vehicle, were both dismissed.
