Dylan L. Stevens, 18, of Ceylon was convicted of truck bumper height 25 inches; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlights or taillights (except stock); fined $40. Also convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $30.

Zachary G. Hoffbeck, 20, of North Branch was convicted of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $150. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $100. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50.

Thomas S. McMullen, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, serve one weekend from Friday to Sunday, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Jessica J. Godwin, 37, of Olivia was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
