Zachary G. Hoffbeck, 20, of North Branch was convicted of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $150. Thomas S. McMullen, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, serve one weekend from Friday to Sunday, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.
