Driving after revocation — Brenda L. Cullom, 35, of Estherville, Iowa; Katie Jo Armitage, 29, of Fairmont; each fined $285.

Caitlyn M. Krahmer, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served five days, serve with work release if eligible, serve balance of 25 days on EHM with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations from most recent completed chemical assessment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Lance E. Rettke, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, restitution reserved for 30 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Angela K. Rowan Scheff, 49, of Elmore was convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Hunter C. Gronewold, 21, of Ormsby was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $185.

Kiana V. O’Neill, 21, of Buffalo was convicted of drivers license instruction permit violations-requirements for persons 18 years or older; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Ashley M. Ibarra, 34, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of animal nuisance/barking; six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
