Operate vehicle with expired registration — Diego A. Vera, 19, of Fairmont; fined $115.

Driving after revocation — Amanda S. Hernandez, 33, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Austin D. Gulden, 19, of Madelia received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor over the age of 24; fined $1,085, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, disclose all electronic devices to agent and install monitoring software as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, don’t use or possess any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t enter any strip clubs or adult book stores or any business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, no unsupervised contact with females under age 18 with the exception of incidental contact at work, contact must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, follow recommendations of psychological-sexual evaluation, report to agent within 24 hours of sentencing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Dakota J. Haegeman, 27, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Shawn J. Hartung, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of possess ammo/any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence; fined $1,585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 60 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, firearms forfeited with the exception of antique firearm which is to be turned over to relative who has firearm rights, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Molly T. Krueger, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
