Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Stephen R. Holtz, 54, of Sherburn; Lyle W. Schlaak, 69, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; John D. Sanchez, 41, of Truman; each fined $110.

Fish and game-unmarked or improperly marked fish house or other shelter — Dillon M. Neusch, 21, of Armstrong, Iowa; fined $110.

Marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams — Deondre L. Randolph, 31, of Albert Lea; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Kaiya A. Yancey, 20, of Omaha, Neb.; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Adam C. Loos, 30, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Seth D. Davis, 26, of Truman was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Larry A. Drayfahl III, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve remaining on home detention/electronic monitoring at own expense, two years supervised probation, sentence to service seven days for one year, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, contact agent within 24 hours, cognitive skill training if requested by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Carlos E. Martinez, 27, of Brownsville, Texas was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of suspended object; fined $40. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Arnaldo J. Malave Sanchez, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of no insurance-driver violation; fined $285. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Kyendra A. Anderson, 22, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail eight days, credit for time served eight days, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar including no disorderly conduct or assaultive behavior.
