Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Brick D. Bullerman, 28, of Adrian; Jalee N. King-Hughes, 29, of Birch Run, Mich.; each fined $110.

Deer hunting violation-may not hunt with aid or use of bait — Tyler P. Heenan, 24, of Blue Earth; fined $385.

Jeffery T. Lucas, 29, of Littleton, Colo. was convicted of endangerment of a child-person or health; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 359 days for one year, credit for time served six days, two years supervised probation, cooperate with interstate transfer process, report to agent as directed, complete chemical assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete parenting education program as directed by probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors was dismissed.

Jeremy M. Nedved, 38, of Crystal Lake, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of solicit child or believe to be a child through electronic communication to engage in sexual conduct; fined $835, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed for three years, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served one day, serve as work release if eligible, three years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, predatory offender registration required, complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, don’t use or possess any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t enter strip clubs or adult book stores or any business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, don’t enter places where sexual materials are available, no contact with victim or family, follow all recommendations from psychosexual evaluation completed 1/11/2021, comply with predatory offender registration, disclose all electronic devices to agent and install monitoring software as directed, follow all rules of the Interstate Compact Office, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of second-degree attempted criminal sex conduct-victim under 13 and actor older than 36, was dismissed.

Steve A. Thompson, 21, of Ceylon was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $335, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, no contact with victim(s), restitution reserved for 30 days, cognitive skill training (at least two Carey Guides workbook assignments) as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, was dismissed.

Maribel Trevino, 28, of Albert Lea was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $50.
