Wilner Pierre, 51, of Valrico, Fla. was convicted of CMV violation-fail to maintain parts and accessories in safe and proper operating condition; fined $235. Also convicted of CMV violation-previous seven days of duty status not available for inspection (log book); fined $100. Also convicted of CMV violation-record of duty status not current (log book); fined $50.

Eric M. Otero, 44, of Trimont was convicted of failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address; fined $105. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.

Abelardo Flores, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of trespassing-return to property within one year; fined $135, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Dylan J. Smith, 20, of Blue Earth was convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $185. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $100.
