Ryan R. Hesseling, 35, of Lima, Ohio was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of license plate covers clear or colored; fined $30.

Rodney L. Engstrom, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with an expired registration; fined $115.

Luke A. Reynolds, 27, of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Ian J. Dutton, 32, of Vincennes, Ind. was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Cole J. Sweet, 57, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of drivers license-driving restrictions (alcohol/controlled substance violations); fined $200, 224 days unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Also convicted of open bottle law violation-possession; fined $185.
