Max C. Embacher, 48, of Nicollet; fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jesse L. Truebenbach, 32, of Delavan; fined $110.

Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Ramon Briseno, 32, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Underage alcohol consumption — Dominic O. Hosteller, 21, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Jeffery L. McKinzie, 63, of Lake Crystal was convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request; fined $20.

Jesse R. Frey, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical dependency assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Renita M. Holmes, 37, of Minneapolis was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

William D. Weber, 21, of Albert Lea was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $150. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Caleb L. Nowak, 30, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Additional charge of sales, possession, explode/advertise or use fireworks was dismissed.

Sayer D. Larsen, 22, of Truman had a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer continued for dismissal; fined $200, six months probation to the court, no trespassing, no same or similar. Also had a charge of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle continued for dismissal; fined $200, six months probation to the court, no trespassing, no same or similar.
